  • The Mountain Transition House, Inc.™ (M.T.H.) program is a nonprofit with 501(c)(3) status initiative, that provides temporary housing combined with comprehensive wraparound services. The goal is to stabilize, support, and empower homeless men (21 years or older), guiding them toward permanent housing and sustainable independence.

  • The following KPIs reflect meaningful progress for individuals experiencing homelessness with no prior income and demonstrate the impact of the Men's Comprehensive Transitional Services Housing Program in fostering stability, independence, and long-term recovery. Beyond individual outcomes, the program contributes to stronger, safer, and more economically resilient communities by reducing homelessness and increasing productive community engagement.
  • Economic Readiness:
  • % of participants who complete job readiness training (resume building, interview prep, etc.)
  • % of participants who secure employment or job placement assistance before or within 3 months of program completion
  • % of participants who obtain a source of income (employment, social benefits, etc.)
  • Skill Development & Program Completion:
  • % of participants who complete life skills workshops (e.g., budgeting, conflict resolution)
  • Program retention rate (participants who remain engaged through the full duration)
  • Participant satisfaction rate, based on surveys at program exit, etc.
  • Operation on a per-participant pricing model, which includes a one-time onboarding fee and monthly recurring service costs. These rates reflect the comprehensive, wraparound care we provide to each participant. Per county occupancy guidelines, we can house up to 6 participants in a single-family property. Below is Per Participant Costs.
  • One-Time Onboarding Fee: $5,000: Includes intake, clothing, personal supplies, laptop setup, and accessories, etc.
  • Monthly Recurring Cost: $4,150: Covers housing, meals, staff, mental health care, case management, security, job coaching, curriculum access, and more.
