We, Mountain Transition House, Inc. ™ (M.T.H.)-Relentless Hopefulness, believe that every person, no matter their past, deserves a safe place to rebuild. The vision for M.T.H. was first planted in the heart of our Founder, President & CEO in 2007, a calling rooted in faith and compassion. Since that time, she has developed a masterful, purpose-driven plan to positively impact the lives of thousands of homeless men, one man at a time. M.T.H. is a nonprofit with 501(c)(3), proudly incorporated in Delaware in 2025, and dedicated to serving our homeless men neighbors with core curriculum and stability. Through a structured, comprehensive housing program lasting up to 24 months, we offer men ages 21 and older the tools, guidance, and support they need to transition into a thriving, independent life.
